Refund and Returns Policy

At LeatherCompany.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for detailed instructions on how to return items, get a refund, or exchange products.

1. Processing Time for Orders

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped after processing.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@leathercompany.shop to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable method. We recommend using a service that offers tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@leathercompany.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assist you in arranging a return, exchange, or full refund for the defective product at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

6. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
